Collision or accident during a driving lesson – what should you do?
A collision while underway is a stressful situation, especially when there is a passenger on board. It is crucial to act quickly and sensibly.
1. Secure the scene
Pull over to a safe place and turn on your hazard lights.
Place the warning triangle in accordance with the regulations:
100 meters on the highway,
30–50 meters outside the city,
immediately behind the vehicle in a built-up area.
2. Check if anyone has been injured
If anyone is injured, call for help immediately (dial 112).
Administer first aid if necessary.
3. Exchange contact information with the other driver
Write down the first name, last name, license plate number, and liability insurance information.
Take photos of the scene and the damage to the vehicles.
4. Fill out an accident report
Fill out the joint statement—preferably using a pre-printed form, which is a good idea to keep in your car.
Include the date, time, location, a description of the situation, and signatures.
5. Report the incident to Anycar

Car breakdown during a trip – what to do?
A vehicle breakdown while transporting a passenger is a situation that calls for calm and organization. Sometimes it’s just a temporary glitch, but it can also leave the car immobilized.
1. Pull over to a safe place
Pull over to the side of the road or into a pull-off, turn on your hazard lights, and put on a safety vest.
2. Secure the area
Set up the warning triangle as you would in the event of a collision.
3. Assess the situation
Is it just a flat tire, a dead battery, or a more serious problem?
If you know how to fix a minor problem on your own, go ahead—but only if it’s 100% safe.
4. Call technical support
Contact the Anycar hotline—we provide roadside assistance for drivers and fast service.
If your car needs to be towed, we will provide a replacement vehicle.
5. Inform the passenger
Apologize for the inconvenience, explain the situation, and, if possible, help the customer book a new ride.
How can you prevent such situations?
At Anycar, we make sure your car is in top condition, but as a driver, you can also take preventive measures:
Regular vehicle inspections – before hitting the road, check the basics: tires, lights, and fluid levels.

Focus behind the wheel – no phone, full attention on the road.
